- The night breeze can trigger an asthma attack. Cold temperatures and damp at night will cause the airways to narrow and produce mucus. As a result, the air in and out becomes more difficult, and coughing arise as the body's mechanism to remove mucus from the lungs.
- Not only aggravate lung disease, also interfere with the night wind of the upper respiratory tract.
